Zoe is Langston High's star reporter (a real Lois Lane in the making) with a nose for news that will do just about anything to get a story - even if she has to step on a few toes to get it.  Zoe knows that Carter and the Crew are the type to think twice about other's feelings, but according to Zoe, they "just don't understand how the game is played when it comes to landing a story."  She even thinks Carter and the others can be quite childish when it comes to the whole "God thing."




Zoe's second "off the record" hobby is covering the latest gossip in school. (Everyone is afraid of the "poisonous Pemberton pen.")  She's definitely burned a few bridges in the process which has
kept her from making any true friends. The few that do hang with her only do so because they know it's best to "keep your friends close and your enemies closer." 

There's no doubt she can be a "baddy" and is going to give Jolee and Cassandra a run for their money when it comes to attitude. 






As things unfold for the Crew, unfortunately Zoe won't be far behind as she starts to notice some things that just don't quite add up. She thinks they may even have some sort of secret? But can she prove it?  Knowing Zoe, she will certainly try.  However, in the midst of everything, Zoe will start to see something in the Crew that she doesn't have in her own life. Will it make her think twice about how she views things? Will it even make her heart soften for a certain member of the Crew?

Name: Kaylee Killingsworth

One of the things Kaylee enjoys about her character is the fact that she's 
a writer! Kaylee enjoys writing and researching information, just like a good 
reporter.
 
In her free time, like her cast mates, Kaylee enjoys participating in plays and 
musicals. She also enjoys the pageant scene and recently place 3rd place
in the National American Miss Competition. Way to go Kaylee! 
                                            
PRODUCER NOTES:
At Kaylee's audition she came across as a young lady with a great deal of poise and maturity for her age.
Those are qualities that needed to be there for the character of Zoe. The actress would need to be
strong, and convincing as someone who would go after a story at any costs and Kaylee had that hands down.

Zoe has an interesting storyline that's going to really get her into some dangerous situations as she starts
to investigate the crew - but we know Kaylee, the actress, is up to the challenge!
