Spotlight: Christian
Welcome to the Carter’s Crew: Spotlight. We’re going to take a few minutes and get to know some of our cast members. So let’s get started.
CS: So how are you doing today Christian?
CR: I’m feeling great!
CS: Well that's good! The audience has read a little about your character in the Crew: Character run down section. Is there something else about Wire that we may not know?
CR: Wire has a cool funky vibe to him. It’s funny, he’s this techy, smart kind of guy, that’s still cool enough to hang with the crew.
CS: Tell me about some of the similarities and differences you have between you and your character. Why do you think you connect to the role?
CR: I think I’m similar to him when it comes to movies. Wire is also very open and close to his friends, he’s not the type to feel like he has to fit in – and that’s me. Oh, like Wire, I tend to kind of jump into things sometimes without thinking them through so that's another similarity. He also has a good relationship with the Lord and I can identify with that. Differences, I wish I could DJ as well as he does (LOL) and he’s a lot smarter than I am, especially when it comes to computers!
CS: You are now part of the Crew and dude, you're Wire!! How do you feel about all of this?
CR: I’m extremely psyched and it’s a huge deal for me as an actor to be part of a great show, but also it’s great to be a part of a show that talks about faith and is cool, you know? There definitely aren’t many shows out there like this.
CS: Well, onto another area; being part of the production means long hours, early mornings and a great deal of work. Does that bother you at all?
CR: No, no. I think’ It’s going to be great, and I’m used to getting up early for school anyway. Besides, the hard work will be worth it when we see results of the show.
CS: LOL, I know it will be! Okay, now let’s get to know you a bit more.

CS: Favorite Christian artist or band? Don’t really have one as of yet, I like a lot of artists!
CS: How has a relationship with the Lord helped your life?
CR: He’s a source of strength for those tough moments in life. Even when we do things wrong, it's great knowing that he’s always there. Friends come and go, but the Lord is someone who will walk with you for the rest of your life.
