Welcome to our next Carter’s Crew: Spotlight.
In this section will spotlight a cast member and get to know a little more about them.
CS: So how are you doing today Josh?
JM: I’m doing good, thanks.
CS: The audience got a chance to read a little about your character in the Crew: Character Run Down section. Can you tell us something else about your character that we may not know?
JM: Well, Wire is really into martial arts and because of that, he loves kung-fu films! He’s also the life of the party but that doesn't mean he goofs off and the Crew can't count on him or anything; he's just got a zest for life! Wire is also dependable and encourages and inspires his friends when they need it. As a matter of fact, Carter often goes to Wire when he needs someone to talk to (they've been friends since the 2nd grade) and Wire is always there to help him. Something else about Wire is that he had a bit of rough time with his brother....
CS: Oh boy! We can't let you go into anymore than that because the folks will have to find about Wire's brother in the series! (LOL) The next question is, why do you think you connect to the character so well?
JM: He’s not afraid to be who he is and be different - he doesn't feel the need to conform. He’s sensitive too, in a good way. He knows what it's like to go through tough situations and he doesn't want people or his friends to feel they are going through things alone.
CS: Things are really starting to grow with Carter’s Crew, with our webpage and the production is beginning soon. How do you feel about all of that? What do you think about the fact that people are being introduced to you all over the world because of the internet?
JM: I think it's an absolute blessing, its taken time to get here but all things are possible with Christ! It's also a blast to be a part of the production where you really get along with everybody.
CS: Speaking of the series—production for the series means early mornings and long hours. Does that bother you at all?
JM: No, working with the cast is fun. It’s like grabbing a camera and filming with your friends, it doesn't feel like work at all. I never got tired of being with the Crew, it’s like being with family.

CS: If you could play another character in the series who would it be? I wouldn't. I wouldn't want to play anyone else but Wire.
CS: How has a relationship with the Lord helped your life?
JM: I don't think there's enough space on the page for me to explain how God has effected my life. He's helped me and my family through so many ups and downs. He's been a comfort to me when I've dealt with things and blessed me in ways that I couldn't even imagine - like being involved in Carter's Crew. I don’t think any of this would be possible without him. You know it may seem that God may not come when you want it him...but he will always be there right on time!
