As the daughter and only child of Colonel Brandon Lexington, Jolee has known the life of an “army brat” and has been constantly shipped around the world from one military base to another.
Jolee's magnetic personality and personal style is hard to ignore. She's a no nonsense kind of girl that has no problems letting you know it. Though she doesn't look the type, Jolee is pretty tough as well and can handle her own in any fight. She at times, can also be quite the manipulator --- the type to wink at you, right before she trips you. This, of course, makes her the perfect sidekick for K.C., who, like Jolee, has no problems with causing difficulties for the Crew.
As she grew older she began to notice a loneliness she couldn't shake. To make matters worse, making friends wasn't easy for Jolee and having to constantly try to make new ones all the time didn't help things.
There was a time when she did meet friends (Charlotte and Jay) who made somewhat of an impact on her life and the loneliness didn't feel as strong. However, much to her dismay, another move was in her future. Jolee and her father were soon permanently stationed in a new city and she now calls Capitol City her home.

NAME: MANDY FOSTER
It's quite interesting for Mandy to play Jolee because in real life, she is really quite
the opposite. Where Jolee is tough and aggressive, Mandy is more soft spoken
than her character and definitely has a kind heart!
Some of the things Mandy enjoys is singing as well as dancing. She has participated in
numerous theater productions and recently performed in the theatrical production of
Bye-Bye-Birdie, Les Miserables and her favorite musical: West Side Story.
PRODUCER NOTES:
Mandy, along with Bethany and Chase read earlier in the show's production journey when
it was leaning towards being an audio series. Like Bethany and Chase, we knew we didn't
need to recast the role because Mandy definitely had the acting ability and quickly had the
character of Jolee down pat! From the look to the attitude, she is convincing as this tough
"baddy" with a soft side. When Brittany and Bryson we're thrown into the Jolee mix, it was
just right. Jolee's journey is going to be an interesting one and our audience will definitely
feel a connection to.
