A friend from Jolee’s past, Charlotte, (along with Jay), met Jolee in the last city she lived in.  Being the social butterfly that she is, Charlotte took no time
 introducing herself to Jolee. However, in the beginning, Jolee was in no mood to make friends especially with a vibrant personality like Charlotte. But 
Charlotte's straight-forwardness,energy and that "something she couldn’t quite put her finger on", wore down Jolee’s resistance and the two became friends.


Charlotte knew of Jolee’s past (constantly moving from one city to another) and that she wasn’t too keen on the whole “God thing”  but she was undaunted and made sure she was a witness every step
of the way.


Charlotte isn’t the type to follow the crowd. She goes against the tide and doesn’t mind if she has to do it alone.  But her strength doesn't mean she doesn't have her secret struggles too.  Charlotte wrestles with her feelings of wondering if she truly belongs, if she is significant to those around her - or is she someone they could just do without.  

Will Charlotte make an appearance in Jolee’s life again? Well…you’ll have to stay tuned to find out.











BEHIND THE SCENES:




 NAME: BRITTANY JOHNSON
 Brittany has a love for literature and enjoys spending her free time reading and
 writing. At the young age of only nine years old she had her first book published. She
 now is working on her next book to help teens her age in their everyday walk with the Lord.
 She enjoys hanging out with her friends and family.


 PRODUCER NOTES:
 There are times when you have the specifics about a character but they don't seem "real"
 until someone reads for the role and you say, "yes that's it!"  That was the case with Brittany. 
 She really brought life to the character, so much so, that we added in additional things to Charlotte's
 background and storyline that weren't originally there.   Brittany had great chemistry with Mandy
 and Bryson and that was something that was a must because of the relationship between the
 three characters (Jolee, Charlotte and Jay).  She's the perfect fit and like many of the cast is
 similar to her character in many ways.
